You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Electric Pony Studios provides studio rentals, production support services, event hosting, equipment rentals, and related creative services. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and separate agreements such as quotes, contracts, and invoices.

4. Booking and Payment Terms
Bookings are not confirmed until accepted by Electric Pony Studios. Deposits may be required to secure dates. Final balances must be paid according to invoice terms. Overtime, damages, additional equipment, or services will be billed accordingly. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation terms are outlined in your booking agreement. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits may be forfeited depending on timing.

6. Use of Website
You agree not to use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempt to disrupt or damage the Website, copy or misuse content, or interfere with other users.

7. Intellectual Property
