Jen has produced and directed unscripted television, documentary film, music videos and digital media in LA and NYC for over 15 years for networks that include Showtime, PBS, NBC, CBS, ABC, MTV, VH1, A&E, Oxygen, USA, OWN, and many others.  She's also produced live events and knows first-hand what producers and directors need to get the job done.

Before moving to Los Angeles, Leila was Director of Operations and Client Services for Jack Studios, the top commercial photography studio in NYC, where she hosted world-class brands, renowned fashion photographers, artists, and celebrities.
